Life is Shit was created as an alternative festival to the massive, pop culture-oriented Life is Beautiful Festival, which occurs in downtown Las Vegas the same fall weekend. Life is Shit Festival is an annual, single-day DIY punk/rock music festival held at Las Vegas music venue The Dive, founded in 2013 by members of the Las Vegas music community. Each level of donation comes with cool shit: stickers, beer coozies, a Life is Shit Festival zine, etc.
